Wow, I just saw in the paper that Anna Torma is having a show in Nova Scotia. I can't find any good pictures that do her justice, but her work is AMAZING. I saw a show here years ago. She does great big embroideries, of images, words overlapping, shapes, animals. I remember it looking like parts of children's drawings in lovely shades, like cave pictures, like doodles by the phone- all hand sewn. I was blown away!
Wow! I've been searching the web for more information on this artist. She is really amazing. Thanks for sharing this :)
