A few weeks ago Karina gave us this funny book. Thanks Karina, it's so cute! It is full of useful information and pictures. Someone has even highlighted important parts like this- "If a lovebird gets a hold of your finger and bites you, gently press against the corners of its mandibles." Yes, that is something I would want to remember. This picture is scary though. I wouldn't let my lovebird near this man.

I USED TO OWN THAT BOOK!!! We had a lovebird 20 yrs ago and the breeder told us to get that book! Didn't help when he went bald (the bird, not the breeder) and died. :(
