Yesterday Paul and I joined a billion other people on a bike ride to raise money for
heart and stroke research. It was really neat to be on the highway without the cars! This little dog was happy because he didn't have to pedal at all. We rode our bikes 50Km! I am still tired...

Go Tania!! The 50km bike ride is fun. I did it a few years ago. The best part is when you finish and they give everyone a loot-bag. I had instant soup from the bag for years!!
