I always like to think of roosters as beligerant over nothing, just huffing and puffing over some imagined wrong doing.
Apparently in Latvia, this is what roosters say. What do they say in your language?? I would LOVE to know! Leave a comment about that if you can!
:)

This exhibit looks like it might be interesting. I don't know much at all about the history of Canadian craft - I am rather curious...

Love your rooster with attitude! They can say whatever they like as long as its not outside my window at the crack of dawn. The first house we owned, the guy behind us raised chickens. No late mornings in that neighborhood!

As someone already told you what a "gallo" says in spanish, i'll tell you that in catalan, a "gall" says just the same, "kikiriki" :)

Cute illo!
In Finnish roosters say, "kukkokiekuu"!

suprisingly in Slovenia roosters or petelini speak the same language as the spanish ones! "Ki ki-ri ki!"
(our languages are not even close to sounding similar at all)
hens or kokoske however are more individual with their constant "Ko ko ko-dak" converations
