I was very exited to have figured out this flower from a knitting pattern! All that K2TOG and K blah blah stuff are no longer jibberish, and boy, I'd say I haven't learned a new skill for years. It feels good, as though I have conquered 2+2=4 all over again. They say this is the stuff that keeps the noodle rubbery and young, and since the big three oh is coming up, I better keep it up or take up crosswords or something. Hee!

Sweet flower! And super score on the newly formed skills. You've already got so many wonderful ones already at hand!

As for almost turning the big 3-0....as someone who has just hit the big 3-0, I think you are on to something. Keeping the noodle rubbery and in check is always a great thing. =)

The flower is super cute. Isn't learning a new skill great? And the big three 0 isn't at all that scary, it didn't really change much for me to be honest.
