As for almost turning the big 3-0....as someone who has just hit the big 3-0, I think you are on to something. Keeping the noodle rubbery and in check is always a great thing. =)

The flower is super cute. Isn't learning a new skill great? And the big three 0 isn't at all that scary, it didn't really change much for me to be honest.
