Here we have the paperwhites that were mere bulbs a few weeks ago! I am now experiencing the peculiar smell I have read about. I can't decide if they smell nice or naughty. In a dramatic turn of events, I have discovered that these are poisonous for cats! I have placed this high up on the microwave now, but it had been on the kitchen table since I bought them and thankfully girl cat has not gnawed on them at all- and she gnaws on all things. My mum is bringing a poinsettia which will also have to be kept far from her. We can have no more sick pussycats around here for a long while.

To end on a perfect note-look !! A gift which I was unable to save for Christmas. It is from the lovely In Fact I do believe I gave it away in the first picture...It is one of the great re-usable shopping bags she and the knitters of Hexham have made. It has this link added MORSBAGS.Look! Here they are giving the bags away! How great. Ande Here they are being made! I love it. Thank-you Katie! I love the bag and stickers , lovely buttons and card-:)
I just adore the calendar!
