I recently treated myself to this awesome book.  I figured it would be simple enough for me and I just love the look of the outfits.  I ordered it from this etsy shop- Pomadors craft cafe.   Thank goodness for etsy!  I could never quite navigate amazon japan easily.  Maybe it was the not speaking or reading Japanese...

I am going to make the item on the left first.  I love the whole jeans and long tunic thing.  I am thinking of getting a nice brown linen to start off.  My inclination is always to get some crazy floral print, but I think I will start neutral and work from there.  That way I can wear my stripey long sleeved tees underneath and not look like a clown.

I'm all over the neutrals lately
I am also trying hard to not to have the clown look. It easy to brighten things up with a sleeve or two and some tights.
